Bali Safari and Marine Park — What to Expect
Bali Safari and Marine Park offers an experience unlike any other attraction on the island. Rather than walking through enclosures, you board an open-sided safari bus or jeep and drive through large open habitats where animals roam freely around the vehicle — giraffes peering in through the windows, rhinos passing metres away, and zebras crossing the track.
The park houses over 60 species of animals from Africa, India, and Indonesia, covering the full range from African lions, white rhinos, and cheetahs, to locally endemic animals like Komodo dragons, Javan deer, and Sumatran tigers.
Top Experiences at Bali Safari
Jeep Safari Ride
The jeep safari is the centrepiece of the park — a guided tour through open enclosures where your guide narrates animal behaviour while you drive through. Groups of 4–6 ride per jeep. Duration: approximately 45 minutes. Included in most ticket packages.
Marine Show
Bali Safari's marine show features sea lions, pelicans, and other aquatic animals. The show runs at set times during the day — check the daily schedule at the gate as timing varies seasonally.
Elephant Interaction
